The house is 3.5 meters wide and 11.5 m deep and has four layers of construction. Behind it there is a garden (53 m²) over the full width. On the ground floor and first floor, the living quarters and modern cuisine are situated. Next to the entrance and an indoor room with canal view (about 7 m²) a cosy kitchen (20 m²) and a modern kitchen (10 m²) covers the entire ground floor. The historical use of colour and details such as the plavuizen floor and the 'wipes' tiles refer to the past. Via the stairs you reach the plug with an elegant front room overlooking the canal (12 m²) and a generous back room with fireplace (20 m²). Fixed cabinets follow the shape of the former bedwall and all historic beams are in sight. Between the two rooms a large inner window is made so that a lot of daylight deep enters the house.
Via the landing there is a bedroom (11 m²) and on the garden side a bedroom (16 m²) with access to a modern bathroom equipped with walk-in shower, sink and toilet.
Here are the third bedroom (about 11 m²) on the garden side, the second bathroom with walk-in shower and sink and a separate toilet. On the canal side, the spacious attic (14 m²) offers plenty of storage space and storage facilities for the washing machine and tumble dryer.

Solar collectors are located on the roof and a hot recovery and hot water storage system has been applied. The ground floor includes underfloor heating. There is a balanced mechanical ventilation system, but in all rooms the windows are also easy to open. Cooking and heating is done electrically. Modern comfort and history go hand in hand here!
