Plates, pots and other kitchen equipment can be provided. Large windows including a sliding door open up to the terrace, bringing inside and outside space of the apartment wonderfully together.
The entire apartment is fitted with the same beautiful oak flooring, has original stained glas (double glassed) and ceiling ornaments. The dining area with its dark grey granite table can host up to 10 people (once extended). Part of the living area are two white sofas of which one is a sleeping sofa. Your new home is located right between "Vondelpark" (south), "Westerpark" (north) and "Dam Square" (city centre), all ca. 30 minutes walk away. Oud West is a popular quarter with lots of boutiques, galleries, hot spot restaurants like "De Hallen" - a cultural and culinary centre located in a former tram depot. Public transportation is also only a few steps away and brings you into all parts of Amsterdam. The A10 beltway-West is less than a 10-minute drive away and a taxi brings you within 20 minutes to the airport.
You will find the apartment situated on a beautiful and tranquil stretch of the Da Costakade, only a few minutes away from the Jordaan. A minimum 12 months rental period and 2 months’ rent as security deposit are required conditions. The rental agreement ‘Model C for a definite period with a diplomatic clause" will be applicable. Based on this contract it is possible to extended the lease after the first year for a certain period of time and it’s not limited to only 2 years (lease model B).
