From the living room there are two doors to the balcony, one from the kitchen. The balcony is also about 4 meters wide and is wonderfully south facing with lots of privacy and beautiful views over the city and flood plains.
There are two bedrooms in the apartment They are next to each other at the front of the house and are more than 16 and 8m2 in size. Both rooms are nicely light and rectangular shaped. The bathroom is right next to the main bedroom. It is neat and comfortable and equipped with a spacious shower cabin, two metal wash bowls on a glass top. The walls are fresh white tiled, black and white checkered tiles are on the floor. The toilet is in a separate room, right next to the bathroom.
