(floor 1); there are 2 bedrooms on this floor and a whole bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink and connection for the washing machine. The separate toilet with fountain is accessible through the corridor. there is also a small storage space here.
The living room is spacious in design and adjacent to the spacious terrace. The large window lot creates a lot of light foray. The windows and doors have double glazing. On this floor there are also two spacious bedrooms as a second storage room.The service fee is €40.00 and the advance for the heating costs is €80.00 both per month, excluding electricity (own meter).
Mid-70s terrace flats in Geldrop were big news. Very spacious apartments and all with a large terrace. Normally reserved only for residents of luxury penthouses but here for everyone. No matter where you live! The building has two large entrance parties where you can find the mailboxes and access to the elevator. There are 14 different types of apartments of which 26 Ã©©one-low houses, 52 maisonettes (two real floors) and 16 houses with only the entrance on another layer. A large part of the apartments can be reached via a corridor (an inner corridor). On the 7th floor the apartments can be reached via an outdoor gallery. On the ground floor are the storage sheds and there is plenty of parking on the doorstep. In 2004, the complex on the outside was renovated, with all the windows replaced at the front by new low-maintenance turning germs. Furthermore, double glazing is placed throughout the houses. The entrance party received a facelift in early 2015.
PLENTY OF AMENITIES
The green environment is not allÃ©Ã©n special. Ten minutes walk to the Centre of Geldrop with all its catering and shopping facilities is in itself great. But also the Shopping Centre Coevering can be reached within 10 minutes of walking. Geldrop also has many sports facilities. From tennis clubs to football pitches and from golf courts to hockey clubs. Geldrop also has a large regional hospital, a secondary school and several primary schools.
However you look at it, the accessibility of the Waleweinlaan is super. Geldrop has a perfect bike path net. Within a few minutes you cycle to the center. But just as easy to cycle on the Strabrechtse Heide within 5 minutes. Public transport is also fine. Geldrop has an NS station and bus lines run over the Avenue der Vierheemskinderen to the centre of Eindhoven. The A-67 can be reached by car within a few minutes. And Eindhoven Airport is also barely a 15-minute drive away. The published floor plans are indicative.
