Come and live in 'DeBank'!

In 't Zand, the finishing touches are currently being made to the new complex 'DeBank'. The supermarket, butcher, bakery, sports fields, schools and day facilities are all within walking distance. Moreover, thanks to the strategic location of the village, you are within thirty minutes in Alkmaar and within fifteen minutes in Den Helder and Schagen. Want to get a breath of fresh air on the beach? That is only four kilometers away! The vast bulb fields and nature are also within walking distance.

As the name 'DeBank' implies, you will live in the former Rabobank that is currently being converted into six luxury apartments. One of the apartments even has the original safe door!

The complex consists of two floors. Through the central entrance you enter the hall where you will find the front doors of the four apartments on the ground floor, and a staircase to the two apartments on the top floor.

On the ground floor there are three apartments ranging from 60 to 70 m2 with one bedroom each, and an apartment of 86 m2 with two bedrooms. The first floor houses two apartments of 65 m2 with one bedroom each, and an apartment of 78 m2 with two bedrooms.

Each apartment is unfurnished, complete with luxury kitchen (equipped with dishwasher, combi oven, refrigerator, and ceramic hob), underfloor heating, PVC floor, mechanical ventilation and an intercom with door opener. For added comfort, there is also a split level air conditioning with a unit in the living room and another in the master bedroom. This can also serve as heating during cold summer evenings.

Each apartment has its own storage room of at least 7 m2. The apartments on the ground floor have a private garden, while the upper apartments have a spacious roof terrace, with different sizes per apartment.

The complex is heated by block heating. For this, the landlord charges a monthly advance of € 150,-. The actual heat used will be settled twice a year. In addition, € 25 is charged monthly as an advance for water consumption, which is also settled twice a year.

The tenant must conclude a contract for electricity supply.

We can help you choose a supplier. For internet, TV and telephony you can choose between Fiber optics via Kabeltex or KPN. We are happy to advise you on this.

On top of the rental price, monthly service costs of € 99.50 for, among other things, caretaker, cleaning of common areas, electricity for common areas, garden maintenance, maintenance contract for central heating and glass insurance.

The apartments are particularly suitable for disabled people and the target group is 40+. The income requirement is set at three times the monthly rent. If your gross salary is less than three times the monthly rent, you can still respond. The owner prefers no pets, but you can ask permission if you have one.

The owner of the property decides who can rent the apartments based on the documentation provided.

When renting an apartment, you enter into a contract with a maximum duration of 24 months. After this period, the agreement ends and you must officially leave the rented property. Depending on the situation, it may be decided to continue the agreement after 12 months.
