If the photos show that the house has not been delivered as agreed, we will pay the damage amount up to a maximum of 3x the monthly rent. We will then discuss the damage with you. With Skip Deposit, discussions about deductions from the deposit are a thing of the past.
The costs of the digital security certificate depend on the amount of the monthly rent. At the start of the rental, we charge a one-off amount, and an annual fee for each year that you live in the house.
