Modern villa on the edge of the village center in a very quiet street in Zevenaar. The excellent connecting roads to both Germany and the west make this a perfect alternative to living in the Randstad.

In the ceiling of the veranda are two aluminum, openable roof systems from Livium. Stairs lead down through the veranda into the spacious garden, which is designed in the characteristic style of Dick Beyer. From the kitchen there is, through a hallway, access to the laundry room and the very spacious, luxurious toilet. This is designed in the same style as the kitchen, with a very spacious toilet furniture, also made by Lodder.
