It is a room with the following layout, only the entrance is joint, it is also an independent living space. The price of the studio is 970 euros all-in (based on normal consumption, energy, etc.) for 1 person. For an extra person we charge a surcharge of 150 euros. We ask for a deposit of 750 euros. Smoking is not allowed inside. Viewing is possible if you are interested and by appointment.
