TranslateHi all! From the end of April we have a cozy room available at the Mariastraat. You will live in the bustling center of Apeldoorn, just a 5-minute walk from the station, the supermarket and Saxion. In our house live 2 boys and 2 girls between the ages of 19 and 26. The room is about 20m2 in size and has a charming French balcony. We have a kitchen, two bathrooms and two toilets for shared use. In addition, we have a spacious roof terrace that we can enjoy together with about 20 other students. The rent is about 380 euros per month, including gas, water, electricity, use of the washing machine and TV. The costs for internet are only 12 euros per month. Our house is rented out by housing association Ons Huis. We are looking for a roommate who is following a full-time study and is not older than 23 years.
