APARTMENT BUILDING "AMICES"

The apartment building "Amices" has been realized by Xalo Huisvesting B.V. in a former office building at Dorpsstraat no. 10 in Bleiswijk for rental to seniors (55plus), where it is the intention that the houses will be used by former or non-former residents of Bleiswijk, or persons with ties to Bleiswijk. There are 4 apartments in the building. All apartments have an outdoor area. There is an elevator in the building. The houses are equipped with kitchens, bathrooms and carpeting (PVC) as well as lighting fixtures, with the exception of the living rooms. There is mechanical extraction in the apartments. All apartments have French windows and/or ventilation grilles in the glazing. The houses vary in size from about 66 to about 80 m2.

The starting point for the rental is to unburden the tenant as much as possible, in that light it is also intended to create a community of seniors in the apartment building, partly due to a common background and phase of life, with attention and care for each other.

The spacious apartments are intended for single or two-person households, without children. The apartments are all low-maintenance, sustainable, gas-free and energy-efficient. Both with regard to energy loss and with regard to sound transmission, there is heavy insulation. The homes are equipped with around 90 solar panels and batteries to store the electricity generated.

Each apartment has a storage room on the ground floor, in addition there is a communal washing and drying room available, in which two washing machines and two dryers are placed, which are exclusively intended for the residents of the apartment building. The costs of the use of the aforementioned machines are settled by means of a payment system located in the laundry room. A bank card is required for this.

The lessor intends to place an electric shared car in the parking lot of the apartment building if there is sufficient interest from the tenants. This shared car will only serve the tenants of the apartments. The costs of using the shared car can also be paid by means of a payment system that requires a bank card.

A maximum of one dog or a maximum of two cats are allowed per home. Dogs must be kept on a leash in and around the apartment building at all times and cats are not allowed to roam freely outside the rented apartment.

Due to insurance requirements, it is not allowed to place electric bicycles in the storage rooms, for these bicycles there is a lockable bicycle shed with the necessary connections to charge the batteries.

The rental prices are from € 1,695 euros per month. Service costs (lighting common areas, elevator maintenance, water consumption, garden maintenance) will not be charged to the tenants. However, electricity is required to be charged under favourable conditions.
