We are looking for a cozy, male roommate for our student house on the Fuutlaan! Several rooms will become available, around 16m^2, with an attractive rent of €295 per month (incl. g/w/l). Our house is perfectly located, within 5 minutes you are at the station, in the lecture hall or on a terrace in Stratumseind! We are a house of seven men between 18 and 21 years old and do a lot together. We eat together every night and there is always someone to have a beer with or watch a movie with. In addition, we regularly exercise and study together. There is usually also plenty to do on weekends as many of us stay in Eindhoven. However, it is quiet at home around the exam weeks, so that everyone can get the necessary credits. Our house is equipped with a brand new kitchen and bathroom, a private bar on the mezzanine floor and a roof terrace facing south. Many summer evenings are spent barbecuing here, while enjoying a special beer or two.
