The TUe campus and Fontys are only 8 minutes by bike, the station is 5 minutes away and Stratumseind is just 3 minutes away, which is why we often walk. In addition, there is a Jumbo within a 1-minute walk. In our shared kitchen there is always cooking and in the evening we eat together nicely. A big plus of our house is the huge garden, where there is both sun and shade all day long. When the weather is nice, we use the garden to barbecue, sunbathe, have a drink or just relax together. At the back of the garden is a storage for bicycles, firewood for the campfire and in the future an outdoor bar. When it's not so hot, we sit in the spacious living room, which is equipped with chill sofas and a TV with surround sound and PS4. Furthermore, the house has the luxury of two toilets, a spacious bathroom with shower, bean coffee machine, sandwich maker, microwave and large oven.
