Then you've come to the right place at our men's house, right in the center! There will be a room available from May 1 at our Tramstraat! The station, the city center, stratumseind, a supermarket and TU/e are all within walking distance! Two years ago, the house was thoroughly renovated, it is fully equipped with its own bar, beamer with PlayStation and Chromecast, beer fridge and light and sound system. Furthermore, the house is equipped with a good kitchen, bathroom (2 showers), toilets (2x) and a basin. We can also enjoy ourselves in the summer on the roof terrace, in the spacious south-facing garden and in the new patio. In short, everything a student could wish for. We live here with nine boys, we eat, study, play sports and party together every day. The rooms that will be available are all 16m2 or larger, and cost between 350 and 390 euros, have laminate flooring and their own sink. This includes G/W/L and other (service) costs. What are we looking for? We are looking for a male student who will start his studies next year or is in the early stages of his education.
