Hey room searcher! We are the residents of the Zevende Hemel, a house of 3 gentlemen and 2 ladies who fully enjoy the student life here in Enschede. One roommate graduated and left us. That's why we're looking for a new nice, female roommate who wants to join our home! We hear you think, who lives in Seventh Heaven? Our house is home to UT students who like to be active in various sports and/or student associations in their spare time. We have an open-door mentality and there are only two rules: "Nothing is compulsory, everything is allowed" and "If you cook, you don't have to do the dishes". We like to eat together in the living room and regularly go out (unplanned) to do something fun; festival, fun pool, an annual house weekend, the annual Christmas dinner with old housemates, and of course we also go out in the center! Our house is located right next to the center with the Oude Markt and Saxion less than a 5-minute walk away, and the UT is only a 15-minute bike ride away. Ideal! The room that becomes available is located on the second floor. The rent includes gas, water and electricity, and unfortunately increased last year due to energy prices, but it will also go down again when the gas bill is lower. In our house we have 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms, a cozy living room and a roof terrace! Who are we looking for? Well, we are looking for a nice female roommate who has started or is going to start her studies here in Enschede. It's nice if you're open to spontaneous activities and want to have a fun time as a student with us. Do you see yourself in this?
