Casa di Nikolokolos is looking for a roommate! If you are about to start your first year in Enschede, we are happy to help you get your student life off to a good start! If you already live in Enschede and are completely fed up with your current home, you are also welcome to come by! Before you read on: We are an association house and are therefore looking for someone who would like to become a member of the student rowing club "Euros" in the new student year. An association with the perfect combination of sport and fun. An introduction period full of drinks and activities to make friends for the rest of your student life. Rowing is a great student sport, because you do it with your team and you can learn quickly. There is a weekly drink on Thursdays that is not mandatory, but very nice! If you have any questions about this, feel free to ask! Every Monday we keep free for our house evening. For example, we go bowling, play pool, play games or a theme evening is organized. These evenings are all about peaking early, so you can go back to your lecture at 8:45 on Tuesday. Furthermore, this house has a unique collection of ice bottles with 200+ bottles of which a photo is always taken as soon as it is empty and ends up in the photo book! In addition to the house evenings, we regularly eat together and there is a lot of sports. Strength training, rowing or running. The combination of sports and drinks is best shown on our house weekends, which are organized at least once a year by 2 housemates. Then about the room, a relatively small room where you can still put everything. Furthermore, the prospect is that 1 of the current residents will finish his studies in 1 year and his room will become available after that. The rent is currently €260 inclusive and that ensures that, compared to living at home, you make a profit on your basic grant by coming to live here. Add to that the coziness, spacious garden and the location of the house and you have the perfect combo for your student life.
