The room is directly adjacent to the hall where the kitchen, toilet and bathroom (new, 2021) can be found. Due to work and sports, I have limited attendance myself. The house has a lovely large south-facing garden that has just been repaved. The house is not shared with other housemates besides myself and is clean and tidy. In addition, the house is fully electrically supplied with heat (including a radiator in the room) and has an induction hob. The first three attached photos are from BEFORE the renovation, but at least it shows the room well. Preferably I am looking for a quiet and independent roommate between 23 and 27 years old.
