For our student house in Enschede we are looking for TWO new housemates to complete our company again. We are a social and close-knit house where of course there is room for your own thing and our doors are always open to each other. One (20) is studying at the University of Twente and one is working (24). We almost always eat together and we also like to watch a movie together and drink a beer every now and then. What we are looking for in a new roommate is a pleasant young man who is serious about his studies and contributes to the atmosphere in the house. We have two beautiful spacious rooms of 16m2 with a high ceiling, a window and a door. On the Everhardt van der Marckstraat in Twekkelerveld, nicely centrally located between the UT and the city center. The rent is €250 per month. This price includes g/w/l and internet. The house has a shared toilet, shower and (living) kitchen. We have a nice spacious canopy in the backyard for bbq evenings in the spring.
