One of us is currently in the first year of the master's and the other two are taking a gap year at Green Team Twente. The apartment is very central and conveniently located. From the apartment it is about 7 minutes by bike to the University of Twente and 5 minutes to the Saxion. Furthermore, the center (the Oude Markt) is also a 5-minute bike ride away. The apartment has been recently renovated. The kitchen (with dishwasher), spacious living room, bathroom and toilet is shared by the four of us. We eat together almost every day and also like to organize a house night on a regular basis. In addition, there is of course also plenty of room to go your own way and study. The room, available from June, is about 9 square meters and has a glass dome/window in the ceiling. In addition, we have an extra room in our house that you can also use.
