Dear room seeker, We, the residents of this beautiful, mixed (4 boys, 3 girls) student house on the Sientje van Houtenlaan, are looking for a temporary new roommate. Unfortunately, Thijn is leaving us for a year to study in another city. That is why we are looking for a subtenant who will come and live with us from August 1, 2024 to July 31, 2025. We live here together with 7 people, one of whom is going to leave us. We are looking for a quiet cozy roommate. We like to cook vegetarian together in the evening (this is allowed, but not necessary). We also like to have a drink together in the evening (usually tea :P) and chat or to play a game together. However, we all like to do our own thing and give each other space to do so, because we think our studies are important. It is a modern house with dishwasher, washing machine and modern bathroom and kitchen. It is about 15 minutes by bike to the UT and 10 minutes to Saxion.
