That is why we are looking for a new roommate as of June 1stYou will be living together with 4 other girls (21-24 years old) who are all at the end of their studies or are working on a master's degree. In addition, we are all active in various associations. The house is located in the Oranjebuurt and is a 5-minute bike ride from the city center. The supermarket and bicycle repair shop are just around the corner. With a few minutes' walk you are in the Noorderplantsoen and the bus with good connection to Zernike and the main station stops in front of the door. ? The room is +/- 11 square meters, has its own sink and is located on the top floor. The rent is €305.75 incl. Of this, €80 is for the GWL and the internet, due to a new energy contract this amount may be a bit higher. You share the spacious kitchen with seating, bathroom, toilet, laundry room and a roof terrace with the 4 of us. In addition, it is a non-smoking house and pets are not allowed. Apart from the cleaning schedule, we have no obligations. We are a close-knit house. We eat together whenever possible, exercise together and often chill on the couch with a movie, snack and drink. In addition, we often drop in on each other to chat.
