The room is located on the top floor of the SSH Upsilon building, about 5 minutes from the Zernike Campus and available from May 1 to July 26. The rent is ?? € 604.67 for a room of 13m2 with private bathroom (this includes shower, toilet and sink). In the room itself you have a bed, desk, chair and desk lamp, cupboard, bookcase, regular lamp and armchair (not in the photos). The kitchen has two hobs and sinks on either side, three fridges, a freezer, a dining table, a sofa, an air fryer and an oven. We bought the last two together! Yes, you share the kitchen with 6 other people (two girls and four boys) BUT it's honestly not that bad and everyone is very nice. Downstairs in the lobby ?? Several washing machines and dryers and the common areas, including the corridors of the apartments, are regularly cleaned by a cleaning company. In the courtyard there are a number of bike sheds free to use for tenants where you can also park a car if you have one and the Paddepoel Shopping Centre is next door and has all the shops you need!
