TranslateDUTCH SPEAKER ONLYHee,Huize Henk is looking for a new roommate (m/f). The 5 of us live on Floresplein in a mixed house. Our ages range from 19 to 25 years old. We are all in a different place in our studies and all have different activities outside of home. We are active in various associations such as GCHC, Aegir and study association (panacea). We do have a house evening every Tuesday and we like to walk in on each other for a nice chat. Furthermore, we always sit on our balcony in the summer. We are looking for someone who is in the bachelor's phase and has an active student life. It is a room of 18m2 and the rent is 450 eur including deductible deposit. And it is temporary until July 1, 2025, but with a high chance of being postponed. We also share a kitchen, shower, toilet and GK. We also have a washing machine. We live really ideally next to the ap and furthermore UMCG is 5 min by bike and 7 min to center.
