TranslateAs of May 1, a room will become available in our house on Floresplein (and Korreweg). The rent includes.*only dutch speakers sorry*You will live together in a relatively quiet house with 3 other housemates (m), some of whom are active in various (study) associations. Unfortunately we don't have a GK but we often sit in each other's room. The kitchen is not that big but there is an oven, microwave, fridge and freezer. There is also a well-functioning washing machine on the landing and we share a bathroom. With all the moving chaos, we don't have a house night at the moment, but if that's something you're excited about, we can arrange that if you live here. Doors are always open to chat, eat together or have a cup of coffee or tea in the brackish morning. So we are looking for a nice roommate between the ages of 18 and 23 who likes to chat every now and then. It concerns 2 rooms, a sleeping area and living area on either side of the hallway. The sleeping area is the smaller room but there is enough space for a (large) bed and storage. The living area consists of a room with dormer window (replaced last year) with a modest view of Groningen, so also a lot of daylight. The rooms are on the 3rd floor of the building and together are about 17m2 (there are lower parts due to dormer window so maybe a not too tall person would be handy). In both rooms there is a sink with cold water.
