TranslateRoommate wanted,A room becomes available in our cozy house on the Oosterweg. We are looking for a roommate who is in the final phase of his studies or who is starting to work. The room will become available on May 1, 2024, but later occupancy is possible in consultation. The room has an area of 16 m2 excluding two fitted wardrobes and a balcony. The rent of the room is +/- €400.00 including gas/water/electricity. The kitchen (with dishwasher), bathroom (with bath) and toilets are shared with 3 other housemates. The house also has a large roof terrace where we regularly hang out to barbecue, for example. Every Monday we have house night, but also on other evenings we usually eat together. Would you like to try a new board game with Stefan? Would you rather go for a round of racing bikes with Floris? Or would you like to go to Dune in Pathé with Tom for the third time?
