TranslateDUTCH SPEAKER ONLYIn our beautiful house on the Porfierstraat, a room will become available as of May 1st! This means that we are looking for a new housemate (V). We are a mixed house and you will live with a Dutch boy (22), a German girl (22) and a French-Irish boy (23). The room that becomes available is 20m2 (€420 incl.). We are a close-knit house and regularly chill together in the living room, kitchen or garden. We have many common areas and therefore we think it is important that there is a good click in the house! We are looking for a student (20+), who likes to eat together, chill or do other fun things sometimes, but also has a bit of a life of her own in Groningen and has no trouble speaking English. (So no fixed commitments, but often there are plans for house evenings or other activities). We live less than 10 minutes by bike from Zernike, and about 13 minutes by bike to the center. A shopping center and Lidl, Aldi and Albert Heijn are within walking distance. Are you interested and would you like to come and live with us?
