Looking for a nice roommate! Hello, we are Huize Weltevree, a mixed house with nice people, who love to eat together and have a drink together. We also like parties and we can make them good too. The house also has a large communal roof terrace, conservatory, living room/kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher and dryer. As of March 1, 2024, 1 room will be available in our beautiful student house on the Schouwburgplein in the center of Hengelo. We live here with you, a total of 7 students. (2 on the 2nd floor and 5 on the 1st floor), each room has its own sink. Room 1: 15m2 - €400 incl. Room 1 is on the first floor, as can be seen on the floor plan, officially the room is 15m2 but there is enough space to make with the right furnishing that we may also want to help you with. The location of the house is great, you are right in the center of Hengelo, the station is a 1-minute walk away and you can reach the UT in 15 minutes by bike. By public transport you can also reach the UT and Saxion within fifteen minutes (direct connection)Soon we want to hold a hospiteeravond and we hope to see you there! Despite the fact that there are already 2 internationals living there, the other 4 students are Dutch and we are looking for a 5th Dutch male student to complete our 7!
