This cool spot on the Herensingel is sure to make you jealous. This 1930s building is split into two apartments. The house in question is located on the first and second floors. Upon entering you will be immediately captivated by the view over Leiden. From the front window you look at the rippling water of the Herensingel and in the distance you look directly at the Saint Joseph Church. Magnificent! Through the French doors to the balcony at the rear, and the high windows at the front, the light gets the chance to flow through the house. It gives the feeling of space. In addition, the ceiling is wonderfully high, which further contributes to this spatial feeling.
At the rear of the 1st floor you will find the kitchen. Its red color makes it a real eye-catcher. It is equipped with a refrigerator, an extractor, a gas hob, an oven and last but not least a dishwasher. The adjacent patio doors allow you to ventilate extra while cooking.
