TranslateAs of August 1, this very comfortable apartment on the Morellenweg in Leiden will be available for a period of 24 months. The house has an area of over 76 square meters and was built in 1992. The apartment is located on the first floor of a pleasant apartment complex just outside the center of Leiden.
When you open the entrance door, you enter the hall. Here we first pass the bathroom and the toilet (don't worry, we will come back here) after which you end up in the living room. Here you immediately notice the large glass sliding door that provides access to the balcony. You will also find a second window on your left. The many glassware ensures a beautiful light living room that feels and is pleasantly spacious. The L-shaped layout offers you the option of logically separating the seating area from the dining area.
If we walk back a bit, we find the kitchen on our right. The kitchen also has a very practical layout. Because a kitchen worktop has been created on both the left and the right side, there is sufficient space for cooking with just the two of you. The left side of the kitchen is equipped with a sink, a dishwasher and a 6 burner gas stove with a nice and spacious oven underneath. The right side offers space for carving, placing a Nespresso machine and/or microwave, and also contains a pleasant amount of cupboard space. Finally, you will also find the built-in fridge and freezer here.
At the rear of the house we will find two bedrooms. The one on the backside is the largest. In both bedrooms you will find windows that offer ventilation options. Of course, every room is equipped with a radiator that provides the rooms with pleasant temperatures even on the colder days.
If we walk back towards the hall, we find three last doors on the right. The first gives access to a storage cupboard which also contains the connection for the washing machine.
