TranslateI would like to rent out the two southern rooms in my apartment in a quiet part of Leiden. Within a two-minute walk of several bus stops, walking distance from shopping street Vijf Meiplein, two supermarkets and NS station De Vink AND 10 minutes by bike from the center of Leiden - the Mozartstraat is the ideal location for a cat-loving masters or PhD student, or a young starter in business. The latter is important – you MUST be good with cats. I have two Maine Coons whose presence is not negotiable. As a result, pets are not allowed. The rooms in question are the two southern rooms of the apartment. Both are equipped with radiators and a built-in closet for clothes or other items. The smaller of the two rooms has a window that has the sun on it all day, and the larger room has a door that leads to a shared balcony. Both rooms are unfurnished and I can provide a bed and mattress on request. I also like to help move things from a thrift store or a IKEA.De bathroom, toilet, and kitchen are shared with me, and also pots, pans, cutlery, and glasses/mugs. The kitchen and bathroom were last refurbished in 2016, and the bathroom is connected to a shared space where I currently have my home office. Rent per month is €790,-. Deposit is one month's rent.
