To complete our little family again, we are looking for a spontaneous chick, preferably 20 years or older, and a student. It is a room of about 14m2, with a classic sliding window, beautiful ceiling, fitted wardrobes and an old mantelpiece! The room will cost around €470, but this may still be a bit off, so exact price will follow. In addition, there are €15 house costs per month for internet, washing machine and dryer and cleaning supplies. The room will be available from June 1st! Convenient location:- 3 minutes by bike/ 10 minutes walk to Leiden Central Station- 5 minutes walk to the Dirk and Action- 3 minutes walk to the night shop (!!) - a maximum of 5 minutes by bike to all facultiesIn addition, we offer you:- a large communal kitchen with a beautiful large TV that is also used as a fusion (you share the kitchen with 5 others)- washing machine and dryer- 3 toilets and 2 showers- a garden, but we live on a small park so when the weather is nice, we can chill, BBQ and be together! (Nice weather is a broad concept)- 8 super nice roommates!
