In De Ananas eight short-stay apartments are offered which can be rented for a period of at least 1 month to a maximum of 6 months. The house at Perzikweg 4a is a 2-room apartment with a living area of approx. 71 m2 and has a south-facing balcony. The apartment is located on the first floor of the complex adjacent to the courtyard garden.
The houses are equipped with a luxury kitchen with various built-in appliances. Kitchen utensils are available in the kitchen as well as a Nespresso coffee machine and kettle. The bathroom has a sink and corner shower with thermostatic tap. The houses are equipped with TV and internet via Wi-Fi.
The living room is fully furnished with spacious sitting area and round dining table with 4 chairs. The master bedroom has a box spring bed 180 x 200, a spacious wardrobe and a small desk. Towel package and bed linen are included.
Facilities
On the ground floor of the complex there will (in the future) be two catering establishments and a laundry. So don't feel like cooking for once? Then you can literally go 'on the corner'. In addition, the building has a huge communal courtyard where residents can meet each other in a green environment, in the middle of the city!
Surroundings
The Ananas is located on the southeast edge of Leiden. You can reach the bustling, historic center of Leiden in about five minutes by bike to enjoy everything the city has to offer. A bus and train station are a 1-minute walk away. You don't have to go far for daily shopping either, a supermarket is across the street. Go to the beach of Katwijk or Noordwijk, or go cycling in the Green Heart. Just a few minutes' walk from De Ananas you are in Polderpark Cronesteyn. A park where you can walk or jog. Or take the dog for a walk. There is a petting zoo, a café, a playground and an apiary of the beekeepers' association. Great place to relax or be sporty!
