Middle floor with bathroom, toilet and 2 bedrooms (you share this floor with me. I'm 31 years old, male, Dutch)I rent the house from my father (who owns it). So I am the landlord and this is landlady rental. This advertisement is about the room (16.7M2) on this middle floor at the front of the house. Upper floor with bathroom, toilet, technical room with washing machine, and 2 bedrooms. 2 Dutch people (1 man and 1 woman) live here. The four of us share that washing machine.100% smoke-free house. We are quite strict about this; Please don't send a message if you smoke. Supermarket/Hoogvliet at 3 minutes walking distance (250m). The Hague University of Applied Sciences = 30 minutes by bike. TU Delft = 50 minutes by bike. By bus to Leiden central station = 40 minutes. We offer a quiet place where you can do your own thing. It is kept clean here. We take each other into account and always clean up our own mess. So this is definitely not your average filthy student house. If you are interested, you can schedule a viewing in May or June. Please let us know in your message which days and times you prefer. We then show the house in 20-30 minutes and have a chat to see if it clicks between us. We usually schedule 2 or 3 viewings with 1 person at a time. So: You will have 2 gentlemen and 1 lady as roommates and share a bathroom with a man. We don't care who you are and what you do; As long as we take each other into account and leave everything neat and tidy after use.
