This beautiful room will be available from 01.05.2024 on the Ambyerstraat-Zuid and we are looking for a Dutch-speaking girl who would like to live with us. The room is located in a quiet neighborhood, with an area of 16m2 and has a lot of natural light. The kitchen, bathroom and toilet are shared. There is also a garden where we like to enjoy the sun together. The room is offered unfurnished, but part of the white goods (small white table, desk with chair, bookcase, chair, bookshelves and bedside table) can be taken over for a price of 150 euros. However, the price is definitely negotiable, as we are all students ;) Faculties such as the FHML, FPN or Science faculty are about 8 minutes by bike. The indoor stand with many entertainment options can be reached within 10 minutes by bike. Furthermore, 4 minutes from our house "De Geusselt" is a sports park where you can exercise and swim. About us:We are three girls who want to make our student house a second home! So we regularly cook together, have movie nights, sit in the garden, chat and laugh a lot together. We are also a neat student house in which it is clean and tidy and there is no smoking. So would you like to come and visit us and maybe become our new roommate?
