The room is rented for the specified period with an option to extend. Because I have co-parenting for my 3-year-old daughter (quiet child), the preference in renting to a woman is preferred. The room is explicitly for someone who does not smoke and does not have a pet (a cat could be welcome). The house has a spacious garden. Is quietly located and there are supermarket and other amenities within walking distance. Also a five-minute bike ride from the beach. My preference is for a social person. Extrovert/introvert doesn't matter. I'm open-minded. (I also exercise quite a lot, especially in the weekends I give personal training kickboxing and running to a group of young kickboxers.
