*Buitendijke is the district outside the dike: the old IJsselmeerdijk. Within walking distance of the village center with its centuries-old leafy Brink, the shops, restaurants and terraces in the Dorpsstraat and the IJsselmeer beach.
In the 80s, about 500 homes were built here. With or without a dog you can walk on the old IJsselmeerdijk and along the IJsselmeer beach.
