The room is located in an apartment on the first and second floor, right in the center of Purmerend, above a shop. You have to go through the shop to enter the property. The apartment is shared during the week with me, a relaxed, social, communicative and happy (young) man of 40, working as an independent entrepreneur, as a dog trainer and (life) coach. And every weekend and half of the holidays my 2 fantastic daughters of 8 and 11 years old are with me. Due to an operation when I was young, I have chronic back pain and I can only max. Working 20 hours a week. I do most of my coaching online, so I'm at home quite a lot. And then of course we have Ghost, my sweet, happy and obedient Swiss White Shepherd of 4 years old. So you have to love kids and dogs! In the bedroom there is already a double bed, a cupboard (the low cupboard on the right) and another open cupboard (the white one on the left, can be removed if necessary). For the rest, everything is available in the house, TV, washing machine, dryer, kitchen utensils, dishwasher, oven/microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, etc. - Available immediately.- Unfortunately, it is not possible to register at this address. It is possible to use it as a postal address - The living room, kitchen, 1 toilet and the roof terrace are on the 1st floor and are shared.- The 2 bedrooms are on the 2nd floor and are private. These are separated by the shared bathroom (shower, toilet, sink).- The rent includes gas and electricity, WiFi, Netflix, NPO+ and a cleaning lady once a week.- There is (weed) smoking in the house.- Right in the center of Purmerend! The bus station (Tramplein) is a 2 min walk and from here it is only 29 min by bus and metro to Amsterdam (Central), (train) Station Purmerend is a 12 min walk (4 min by bike), Albert Heijn is 3 min and Jumbo 4 min walk, "de Koemarkt" with cafes, restaurants and terraces is 4 min walk. I like to (sometimes) have lunch or dinner together, but if you don't feel the need for that, that's fine too. So it's up to you to what extent you "participate" in the household.
