It has a large living room/kitchen (with dishwasher), spacious south-facing balcony, luxurious bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet, two bedrooms and an office, underfloor heating, washing machine, a storage room on the ground floor (for our bicycles, for example) and a very cool view. I have already (largely) furnished the apartment, but your room is still unfurnished and you can decorate it yourself. Your share of the rent is € 813 per month exclusive. You have a south-facing bedroom with large window. You can register with the municipality. You share the apartment with me. I am 29 years old, work full-time as a policy advisor at a waste collector and play hockey in my spare time at HC Rotterdam. I am looking for a clean and tidy roommate who also works full-time and has a life of his own but also likes to watch a movie or go out together. Interested?
