Layout
Ground floor: entrance at street level with doorbell and letterbox. The hall is provided with a cabinet, toilet with washbasin, shoe rack and a convenient hanging system for your bikes. Via the hall, you can reach the first room which is furnished as a home office; here you have 2 desks with stiles, a large book load, a nice couch and a large wooden cabinet. From this room you have doors that give you access to the inner courtyard.
First floor: stairs leading to the first floor; here you step into the beautiful bright living room with a spacious corner sofa, two salon tables, a comfortable chair and a TV with cabinet. The window lets in a lots of natural daylight. Adjoining this area is a beautifully finished oval table that seats six people. Furthermore, we emerge into the beautiful luxuriously finished kitchen that is well equipped; for example, there is a 5-burner gas stove with an extractor hood above it, combination oven, a spacious refrigerator with freezer and a coffee machine. The kitchen has plenty of cabinet space as well as drawers to store your dishes as food.
Second floor: the open staircase, which is beautifully finished with white wooden beams, takes you to the second floor. Through the landing you have access to two bedrooms; the master bedroom has a king-size bed with bedside tables, closets, TV with an open cabinet underneath and a reading chair. The second room is set up as a walk-in closet; you have spacious closets here (including a mirrored door and sliding wardrobes). A dome light in this room allows many natural daylight to come in.
