We have a room that is becoming available in our house on the Mathenesserdijk and we are looking for a new roommate who suits us. The room will become available at the beginning of May. The room that becomes available is a room of 17m2 located on the third floor. You share the shower and toilet on this floor together with Olivier. The living room, the toilet on the second floor and the kitchen are shared with the 5 of us. The rent is € 578 per month excl. VAT. G/W/L. We pay approximately € 280 together in fixed costs. Our house is also very well served by public transport. Within two minutes you can walk to the tram stop and within three minutes to the metro stop Marconiplein. From there, you can go anywhere in Rotterdam. To go to a supermarket you don't have to plan a whole trek either. There are three supermarkets in the area: a Lidl, an Albert Heijn and a Dirk. When we don't feel like cooking, we can always dive into town for a bite to eat. We are looking for a Dutch-speaking man who is working at the end of the master's/beginning. In addition, we think it is important that you like to cook and eat together. We always eat together and divide the tasks of cooking/shopping.
