The appie is a few minutes' walk away and you can cycle to the station within 5 minutes. We live with 4 girls, all in master's phase/graduating. We often eat together, and also like to do something with the house every now and then - but otherwise we also do a lot of our own thing. The room that becomes available is 14 m2 with a built-in wardrobe, large windows and a private south-facing balcony. Here the rent will be 720 including GWL. Furthermore, there is a large common room with a very bourgeois island, a shared bathroom, separate toilet, a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and private storage room.
