Dear male house hunters, Due to the departure of our dear housemate, we are forced to look for a new addition to the Schiebroeksesingel. In addition to two fantastic housemates, we have an offer: a beautiful spacious room of about 16 m2, including built-in wardrobe. As you can see in the photos it is a very spacious maisonette house of about 110M^2. In addition, it has a large living room, open-plan kitchen, balcony and a roof terrace. The house has a washing machine and thank goodness also a dishwasher. We are fully equipped. Noord Station and Melanchtonweg Metro Station are within a 10-minute walk. You can also reach the bustling places of Rotterdam center within 15 minutes by bike. Fortunately, there is also a tram stop around the corner and there are bus stops. Now you must be asking yourself, who are the men who already live there. Let us introduce ourselves. We are Bart and Dick. Bart is 26 years old, works as an Industrial engineer at Mars. Outside of his career, he is involved in sports. A bit of cycling, running and very occasionally going to the gym, and hanging out on the couch from time to time. Dick is 29 years old and works as a landscape architect. He is involved in many sports, including being a fanatic rower and also running and cycling. We also have similarities. Both love a good beer, and a festival here and there. We like to appreciate that our house is a home, in which we live with each other and not next to each other. We really don't eat together every day, but the possibility is often there. It is a warm house, so everyone is always open to a chat and shows interest in the other's life. So we are looking for someone who is busy with his career, is social, and is looking for a bit of fun. Now you're probably thinking, such a good opportunity is probably unaffordable in the current rental market. But you'll spend about €690 per month including everything.
