Hello all! From 16 May forward, a room will become available in a newly renovated apartment in the Hillegersberg area. Attached are some photos of what it looks like right now, but as my current roommate leaves some things may go. For the bedroom, she is wanting to sell the current furniture to the new tenant, as we furnished the space ourselves. The apartment is about 3 minutes away from station Rotterdam Noord, 3 minutes from tram lines 4 and 8, about a 10mins bike ride from Rotterdam Centraal, and about a 15 mins cycle from Erasmus. Hillegersberg is a very cozy neighborhood, there are multiple grocery stores within 5 minutes walking from the apartment, and numerous other amenities in very close proximity. Rent is €800pm, excl utilities. Utility bills (gas, internet, electricity, taxes) are typically around €80/100 pm. The deposit is about 3x rent, as we were international students signing without a guarantor. Registration is possible! ???Quick things about me, your (possible) new roomie!!
