It is a maisonette house in Rotterdam-south, Charlois, close to many amenities: Zuidplein (15 min walk), supermarket etc. (3 min walk), bus stop/tram stop (1 min walk). You can also park your car in front of the door (for a fee). Upon entering, you immediately go up a staircase after which you enter the shared hallway, with access to the shared toilet. The hallway provides access to the shared living room with open kitchen incl. balcony. In the hallway is the staircase to the upper floor. Here are the two vacant rooms and the shared bathroom. The room: The room is located at the front of the house and is approximately 14m2. A wardrobe is built into this room. The bed and desks can be taken over for a fee.
