In our quiet student house you will share the kitchen, toilet and the 2 bathrooms (one with a shower, the other with a bath)! This room is located on the ground floor which opens into the large kitchen. All other student rooms are located on the 1st and 2nd floor, which provides quite a lot of privacy for yourself. Are you going to study next year or are you already studying at the fontys/ROC stappegoor? This is a 5-minute bike ride away! If you are at uni, it is about fifteen minutes by bike for you to the school desks. The AH is within walking distance within 3 minutes. The jumbo or jumbo food market or the net at 5min by bike! If we can ever go out normally again, you can reach the center within 10 minutes by bike! The room is 38m2 in size and will cost 520 euros p/m with a notice period of 3 months!
