From July 2024 there will be a room available in our neat and spacious house in Utrecht Lunetten.I work and travel a lot, so I am usually away from home a lot, so usually you will share the house with the cat Mimby and housemate Luka. Luka is doing a master's degree at Utrecht University at the Uithof.We are both quite active and sporty and also like to cook together from time to time. The room is a spacious and bright room in the green and relaxed Lunetten district and also has large built-in wardrobes. For the time being, the room is available for rent from the beginning of July, for a temporary period in consultation of, for example, one year, with a chance of extension to an indefinite period. Optionally, the room can be rented furnished (including curtains, bed, desk, etc). including g/w/l (costs may be higher in case of excessive consumption/extremely changing rates) and WiFi and the deposit is two months rent. There is a bus stop around the corner, a shopping mall 6 minutes walking distance and a train station 7 minutes walk. By bike you are in the center in about 15 minutes and in 15 minutes at the Uithof.There are also good roads for those with a car and it is free parking in the neighborhood. You also share the open kitchen, the bathroom (with bath!), a spacious living room, the front garden (with winter sun!) and the backyard (with a back entrance) and a 2nd toilet. There is also a washing machine. We are looking for an active housemate of around 25 to 38 years old, who has his or her own things to do but is also regularly at home for a cup of coffee and sometimes cooking together. We are looking for a neat and responsible person who likes to keep things tidy.
