It includes 4 rooms, a separate kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a dressing room, a utility room, a small storage room, and a southwest balcony. The living space is about 165 sqm, distributed on 2 levels on the 2nd and 3rd (= top) floors. A janitor service also belongs to the apartment.
The surrounding area is lightened up with a lot of green in front of the house and architecturally interesting buildings in the near field (Schinkel-Villa, Thomä-Kirche).
For professional reasons we have been living in the Rhineland for years; recently we decided to keep it that way for a few more years and therefore want to rent the apartment for a limited period.
As said, the apartment is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable living. It is generously cut, the feeling of space in the living/dining room is impressive, the furnishings include numerous, partly original works of art, i.e. paintings and sculptures.
